New! Beginner Green Juice

Check out this green juice for beginners, it's very palatable and almost sweet if you are heavy on the Spinach. Double or triple the Celery for a really nice relaxation effect and an excellent dose of minerals & electrolytes.

  • 3 Medium Apples
  • 4-6 Celery Stalks
  • 1/4 thumb Ginger
  • 1/2 Lemon w/rind
  • 1 Orange (peeled)
  • Spinach, 5=6 handfuls
