CONSCIOUS.WIKII discovered a killer drink tonight and just so happened to realize that it is a great anti-inflammatory concoction! For anyone suffering from inflammation this is a fabulous alternative to ibuprofen or NSAID
1 half dollar size chunk of ginger
3 apples
1 lemon (juice the rind and all if organic!)
1 pear
Turns out a beautiful bright green and yellow drink that has zip and great taste fresh. I wouldn't let it sit in a jar or fridge too long as it just doesn't have the same kick, not to mention the oxidation and loss of enzymes that come with storing fresh juice.

I am looking for anti inflammatory juicer recipes. I am not so fond of lemon, do you think it would still have anti inflammatory benefits without the lemon? Sounds like a good recipe though, thank you for posting.

Oh yes, Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties as well as the red peel of the Apple, the lemon contributes vitamin C which in and of itself is an excellent anti-inflammatory. I have found the trick to control inflammation is to take it on empty stomach 2-3 times a day. Done consistently for a few weeks, you can drop it to once a day and still get benefits. The better your absorption rate, the more powerful it will be!
