CONSCIOUS.WIKICheck out this green juice for beginners, it's very palatable and almost sweet if you are heavy on the Spinach. Double or triple the Celery for a really nice relaxation effect and an excellent dose of minerals & electrolytes.
- 3 Medium Apples
- 4-6 Celery Stalks
- 1/4 thumb Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon w/rind
- 1 Orange (peeled)
- Spinach, 5=6 handfuls
